European Road Champion Mischa Bredewald Extends Contract with SD Worx-ProTime through 2027

European road champion Misha Bredewald has announced that she will extend her contract with SD Worx-ProTime through 2027.The 23-year-old Bredewald, considered one of the most versatile up-and-comers in women's racing, will join one of the sport's leading teams for another She will be a member of the team for three years.

"Seeing how much I've grown with this team over the past year and a half gives me confidence that I can grow even more within Team SD Works Pro Time," Bredewald said in a team press release.

The Dutchwoman, who has been with SD Works Pro Time since 2023, has two stage wins at the European Road Championships, last year's GP de Plouay, and this season's Itzulia Basque Country, finishing second overall behind teammate Demi Vollering and second overall behind teammate Demi Vollering.

"When I signed with this team, I didn't expect to be able to win good races so quickly. In that respect, I made great progress here very quickly," Bredewald added.

Bredewald highlighted progress in the hilly classics, stage races, and time trials as his three main goals for the upcoming season at SD Worx-ProTime.
